Warner Bonner III
Warner Bonner III brings nearly 25 years of commercial real estate experience to the Commando Portfolio. As the primary Owner’s Representative, he oversees the strategic stabilization and institutional repositioning of the portfolio’s nine assets across the East Coast and Midwest.
Warner’s career began at CBRE, where he was a top-producing Associate Vice President and a member of the Life Sciences advisory group—an experience that solidified his expertise in innovation-driven property management and complex facility requirements. He later served as a Principal at Phase 3 Properties, leading high-stakes development and consulting assignments for major corporations, universities, and municipalities nationwide.
At Commando, Warner applies a "Triage to Growth" methodology. His focus is on de-risking legacy assets through building envelope remediation, mechanical hardening, and the implementation of institutional security standards to drive long-term value and durable cash flow.
